My stay at the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks. The location couldn't be better for visiting tourist attractions, but the rooms were quite small for the price. The service was friendly overall, but there were some issues with taxi charges. The dining options were somewhat pricey, influencing my decision on where to eat each day.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a view of a brick wall and felt a bit snug for the price. They overlooked the air conditioner units and a broom.
Service
5.0
The staff members told me conflicting information and arranged taxis to the airport that overcharged me. There was a bit of a disconnect in communication during interactions.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location between The Alamo and the River Walk was excellent for exploring downtown and the River Walk area.
Dining
7.0
I found the dining options a bit overpriced, which influenced my decision on where to eat each day. The Thai dishes were a highlight during my stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, with services like dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and valet parking available. However, some services were overpriced.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of everything with quick access to the Alamo, open top bus tours, and the riverwalk complex. The rooms were not only spotless but boasted a cozy bed that made for a delightful stay. Although there was a slight hiccup with the initial room, the upgrade made it all worth it.

Location

The location couldn't be any better for exploring San Antonio, just a stone's throw away from key tourist attractions and with a quiet, efficient air conditioning system.
Dining
7.0
While I didn't indulge in the American breakfast included in my booking every day due to some limited choices, the quality was fairly good and did not impact my overall experience.
Facilities

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were tiny and cramped but had great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with lost keys and third-party customer service interactions. The location was perfect for exploring The Alamo and the River Walk, but the dining options were lacking fresh vegetables and overpriced. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
